Hi, I’m Becky Phillips, a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Coach which includes nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery. I’m also certified through ISSA for nutrition and personal training. I take the “deep health” approach to coaching, it’s all about the whole person, not just one aspect.

Levels of Coaching

One-on-one coaching

Weekly or bi-weekly (based on individual’s need) phone or video calls. Unlimited messaging support (messages will be answered within 36 hours). Plans will be fully customized for the client’s goals.

Available in 6 and 12 month commitments

Group coaching

General habit based curriculum held in a private Facebook group. No individual phone or video support but awesome group support. Questions will be answered inside the group setting.

This is a 3 month cohort based program.

Group “challenges”

Challenges will be held in a private Facebook group. These are fun, interactive ways to test the water to see what habit-based coaching is like.

These range from 5-42 days.
